Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made without any upfront payment (₹0 payment). To guarantee your reservation, you must complete the payment by the specified deadline, which is usually 48 hours before check-in. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with a 100% refund is allowed if you cancel before the specified deadline (usually 48 hours before check-in). After the deadline, your booking becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made within the specified window before check-in will incur a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay. Cancellations made after check-in will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. Please note that cancellations are only allowed before the check-in time. All deadlines and times are based on the destination's local time zone.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation within the allowed timeframe (usually 48 hours before check-in), you will receive a full refund (100%). Refunds for cancellations outside the allowed window will not be processed. Approved refund requests will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
